GRIPS Import

The interfaces of the GRIPS system are easily adjustable for the corresponding requirements.

CONDOK has realized an import which provides the technical writer with the spare parts data from the S2000M software in GRIPS. Thus, the technical writer receives all necessary data in one system and can use automatic procedures to link the information units logically.

Very often source documents are of the format MS Word^® or Adobe FrameMaker^®. To make use of these pieces of information, the corresponding documents are prepared, transformed and imported into the system.

During the import of S1000D^TM data, extensive control routines can be carried out by the system. Meeting the demands of the DTD is usually not sufficient. Documentation guidelines determine more precise specifications. Meeting these specifications can be done by automatic control routines with protocols.

These regulations are also taken into consideration during the data export.
