The German Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG) and German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) provide a basic framework for safe workplaces and health protection. The central instrument for this is the risk assessment. Every employer is obliged to determine existing hazards and initiate preventive measures within the framework of a risk assessment. As an external specialist service provider, we support the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr; BAAINBw) as well as leading industry companies in the preparation of risk assessments.
